Justine Bennett, JP,
MBA, Master Practitioner NLP
Justine loves a challenge. Analysing issues, finding solutions, developing strategies and coaching people through the process are skills that she has honed throughout her career.
Over the past 20 years Justine has worked with small to medium sized businesses within many industries including sport, aviation, fashion and not-for-profit, always with the aim of combining her passion for people and business.
Justine’s career began in sales and service where she learnt the value of relationship building and teamwork and the importance of delivering results. In 1990 Justine’s skills were recognised and she was offered a sponsorship to work within the ski industry in Canada.
Upon her return to Australia in 1993 she entered the aviation industry in the area of corporate services and then human resources. Justine was an instrumental team member in building one of Australia’s most successful regional airlines.
Looking for a change in direction, Justine joined a major Australian not-for-profit organisation in 1998 as NSW Co-ordinator. The position required a balance of management of the business unit and face-to-face work with the client group. Over four years, Justine implemented many new business systems and designed, introduced and facilitated new programs to support the changing needs of the client group. Justine’s work with the organisation placed it in a strong position for its future growth.
Since 2002 Justine has been using her skills and experiences to work as a consultant with business operators and not-for-profit organisations. She has the ability to directly impact the success of businesses by analysing current practices, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing plans then implementing and managing the change.
Vision, passion and strategic thinking are key factors that Justine attributes to her success as a business consultant, coach and mentor.
